Pierre: We are angelic cats who never bother charging cables, unlike lots of other cats we hear about. So the head peep was surprised to catch me checking out the charging cable on the bedside table when I thought she was busy making the bed.

I don’t understand what all the sudden “No!” stuff was all about. It’s string, and it’s in my house.
Am I right, kitties?
Newton: We opened the toy drawer on our own and managed to score a new toy from there. A pink mouse. It’s irresistible!
Newton: What are you doing over there, sneaky mouse?
Pierre: I’m pretty sure you kicked it over there when you–
Newton: Don’t blame me for the sneaky mouse. I’ve got to grab it!
Newton: Gotcha!
Pierre: Newton, do you really think —
Newton: Hush! You’re going to make the mouse escape!
Newton: *WHACK!*
*waits* *waits* *waits*
Are you okay, mouse? I didn’t hit you too hard, did I?
HEY! Where are you going?
Get back here, mouse!
Newton: I’m not falling for your little playing dead act again, mouse. No letting go this time.
Pierre: Newton, I don’t think —
Newton: Don’t pay any attention to Pierre, little mouse. It’s just you and me now.
Ashton: One of the things that humans who live in Florida often say is, “I miss the seasons!”
That’s silly. We have seasons. Summer, and not summer. The best part of not summer is that’s when the air conditioner turns off and the windows open, including the door to our little screened porch. It’s our own little taste of The Wild.
The Wild has a great smell, and it lets me feel the wind in my whiskers.
I can watch the birds flying past, and… hey, what’s that?
I can’t quite reach it.
Pierre: What’s going on out there, Ashton?
Ashton: Nothing. I was just enjoying The Wild.
Ashton: And check this thing out. I can’t quite reach it, but what do you think it is?
Pierre: I think if you pull that, you’ll end up outside. You know, the place where there’s no canned food at dinnertime.
Ashton: No canned food?! Maybe I’ll just leave it alone after all.
