That Sneaky, Pink Mouse

Newton: We opened the toy drawer on our own and managed to score a new toy from there. A pink mouse. It’s irresistible!

Newton: What are you doing over there, sneaky mouse?

Pierre: I’m pretty sure you kicked it over there when you–

Newton: Don’t blame me for the sneaky mouse. I’ve got to grab it!

Newton_and_mouse_02_sm

Newton: Gotcha!

Newton_and_mouse_01_sm

Pierre: Newton, do you really think —

Newton: Hush! You’re going to make the mouse escape!

Newton_and_mouse_05_sm

Newton: *WHACK!*

*waits*   *waits*   *waits*

Newton_and_mouse_04_sm

Are you okay, mouse? I didn’t hit you too hard, did I?

Newton_and_mouse_06_sm

HEY! Where are you going?

Newton_and_mouse_07_sm

Get back here, mouse!

Newton_and_mouse_08_sm

Newton: I’m not falling for your little playing dead act again, mouse. No letting go this time.

Pierre: Newton, I don’t think —

Newton: Don’t pay any attention to Pierre, little mouse. It’s just you and me now.

I have a mouse similar to that one, only it’s green and red, and it is one of my favorite toys!

We don’t have a pink mouse, maybe mom can make one, she makes almost all of our toys.

Don’t trust anything that mousie tells you, Newton. It will lie just to get away.

You are a fantastic mouser Newton. And it was very thoughtful of you to wonder if you hit the mouse too hard.

Dood, good advice. Never listen to brothers. Why, just yesterday, Maxwell was telling me that our new lounger wasn’t fun at ALL. He was sooooo wrong.

Newton, first of all, you have to be the most handsome orange kitty I have EVER had the pleasure of seeing. You look like a Lion. Your Mom did an INCREDIBLE job of catching all of the action here……..these photos are simply superb……..you need to enter this entire post in a contest. Your photos and how it ended are just incredible!
