It’s a Pipe Cleaner!

Ashton:  Our friends at Katnip Lounge  sent the head peep home from Las Vegas last month with some pawesome things, including pipe cleaners. We are so underpriveleged that we never had a pipe cleaner before. Are you kitties all shocked? All of the cool cats were playing with pipe cleaners, so it was about time that we were cool cats, too.

You can tell that I caught on quickly to the nuances of playing with my pipe cleaner.

Got it!

*chomp* This is why we can only play with toys like this supervised.

Whew, all of that pipe cleaner chasing wore me out!

Mancat Monday with Cousins Shep and Earl

The past two weeks have been kind of hectic around here, because Aunt O was on vacation, and the head peep was taking care of Cousin Shep and Cousin Earl. That meant she was taking time to hang out with them instead of us. We were totally getting two-timed.

We guess we can’t complain too much, they are our cousins, after all. And Aunt O takes really good care of us when the head peep travels.

Shep: Hello, birdies!

Easy Like ESSunday?

Newton: I don’t understand what’s wrong with my old ess, but the head peep says that it’s in bad shape.

Newton_Old_Ess_01_sm

That’s kind of rude of her. I finally got it broken in just right.

So I don’t need a new ess. I don’t want one!

Wait, what’s this?

Newton_new_ess_01_sm

This ess has feathers built in? SCORE!

Newton_new_ess02_sm

Come to Newton, precious feathers…

Pierre: Oh, hey, cool, can I try that?

Newton: No, it’s MY ess!

Newton: I guess that means this really is my new ess after all.

With sisal going from one edge of it to the other, maybe it will last longer than the last one, which I got in January. If not… well, the head peep wanted another blue one, but couldn’t find one. So she can redecorate with another ess after I finish destroying the new one.

The Bad Tail

Pierre: I have a bad tail. It tells me to do naughty things.

But don’t worry, I’m about to catch it and teach it a lesson!

Hope everybody is having fantastic Caturday!

(Now excuse me while I have a talk with my tail.)
