Ya Gotta Have Heart

We got three chicken hearts, one for each of us!

Newton: What is this? The head peep said “treat” when she called us in here, but…

Ashton: It looks kind of tasty, actually.

Pierre: You kitties can have mine. This isn’t food. I’ll be back when there’s salmon.

Newton: I’m not gonna try this first. YOU try it, Ashton.

Ashton: Why do I always have to try it first?

Ashton: I’m just going to take this…

Ashton: ….. over here.

Newton: I’m not sure the head peep is going to like that there.

Ashton: Don’t worry about it. I’ll clean it up later.

Newton: Wow, you really are eating that thing, aren’t you?

Ashton: It’s CHICKEN. Of course I am! I wonder if I can get more of these for my chicken emporium?

Ashton: Are you going to finish that? I’d hate to see it go to waste.

Newton: Something tells me this chicken heart isn’t making it to your chicken emporium…

We’ve never had chicken hearts to eat and from the look on Mum’s face we don’t think they are on our menu!

Mom says this reminds her of the old Life Cereal commercial with Mikey “who won’t eat anything.” Your mommy may be too young to remember it! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Once again the head peep nailed the captions!! I don’t think my mom has it in her to give me a chicken heart…you see I’m kind of a messy eater and she would be squealing chicken heart drippings and the screaming would render me deaf.
    Hugs madi your bfff

LOL.. oh this is a good one! Hearts are pretty universally liked over here, it is the gizzards that come with them that aren’t.

That looks like a really yummy treat guys! I’m glad to see that at least Ashton likes them. I hear that they are really good for you. They would go great in the chicken emporium – if any make it there. 🙂

Well, TKS would have had a blast but as for me…I am being tortured with *raw* food…ick, ick, ick! Mom L still has hope…TKS thinks anything in her food dish is edible

Mom always puts chicken hearts in our raw food but we’ve never had one whole. We’ll have to ask her to let us try this.
