Send a Friend a Card Day

Cupcake: It’s Send a Friend a Card Day, and I have mail! I’m going to need some help reading this, though. Mr. Newton, can you help me? Mr. Newton?

Newton: Keep your spots on, I’m coming, kid.

Newton: It says that flying kittens are what happens when you pounce on glorious orange cat tails.

Cupcake: Really?

Newton: Well, it actually says ‘I send cards to lots of people, but yours has a flying kitten on it. Love you, Chanel.” You didn’t warn me there might be mushy stuff in the card. Yuck.

Cupcake: Hmm. I bet I could be a flying kitten if I wanted to.

Cupcake: Thanks for the card, Chanel! I love it! And I’m going to work on becoming a flying kitten, too.

Sending a Card to a Friend

Cupcake: Wednesday is send a card to a friend day, and I found the perfect card! It’s about togetherness. And cats. And it’s funny, too! So I want to send it to my sister, Chanel.

Cupcake: There’s just one problem. I don’t know how to write a card.I know it has something to do with a pen, but what do I do with the pen? Mr. Newton! Can you help?

Newton: Sure, kid. When you see a pen, you go like THIS. If you do it hard enough, the pen goes all the way across the floor under the sofa.

Cupcake: I have to write my card under the sofa? There sure are a lot of rules I still need to learn.

Cupcake: Welcome to Catbucks. Can I take your order? Then the whipped cream comes out.

Cupcake: We can’t do this without the whipped cream. I’ll be right back as soon as I can find it.

Tunnel Operation

Cupcake: Are you sure this is the way to play with the tunnel, Mr. Newton?

Ashton: What are you two doing out here in my sunroom?

Cupcake: Mr. Newton is teaching me to use the tunnel.

Ashton: You’re trying to make her do THAT to the tunnel?  That’s rude.

Cupcake: What do you mean, rude?

Ashton: He’s trying to —

Newton: Don’t listen to her, kid. She’s just jealous because you have a three-way tunnel and she doesn’t.
