Ashton got the sweetest note in the mail.
It was from the devastatingly handsome Mr. Jinx at Manx Mnews. He was in 3D on the card, so realistic she could almost give him a kitty smooch.
Ashton got to work in the bedroom arranging something special. It looks like a spot for a romantic kitty cuddle.

With the head peep sick this week, we haven’t had the help we needed to say thank you to The Tiniest Tiger. We won their drawing for a stained glass memory star.
It took the peeps a while to hang it up, but we were really excited when they did.
Pierre: What’s that? Is it a bug? Is it a frog?
Pierre: Can I eat it? Will it taste good?
The memory star itself is beautifully colored stained glass, and it catches the afternoon light in our sunroom.

Pierre: Look at this face! It’s obvious that I’m innocent and I was framed.
There’s no way that this face took a huge chunk of canned food from where I eat in the bathroom and dropped it on the living room sofa to break up and spread around before eating it. Is there?
The head peep is still under the weather. So far, we haven’t had to chase her around the house to give her medicine like she does Ashton, but she’s doing a lot of sleeping. She obviously learned that from us. She’ll be back visiting everyone’s blogs soon, she promises.
