Pierre: Where’s that soccer ball going?
Pierre: Oh, it’s rolling back to me!
Pierre: Don’t laugh, I spend a lot of time watching that ball. You watch sports, why shouldn’t I?
Pierre: There it goes…
Pierre: When are you bringing it back so I can watch it again? This is a strictly spectator sport!
The head peep is away at a conference this week. She is there with thousands of veterinarians. We hope that doesn’t make her come home smelling like the vet’s office! No one likes it when someone else in the house smells like that.
While she is at the conference, we are resting up, since we don’t have cat duties to perform for her.
Soon enough Pierre will have to help with the computer.
And Newton will need inspect all incoming parcels.
In the meantime, we’re kind of enjoying being off duty for a few days!
Newton: That’s a nice spot under the cat tree, Pierre. Why don’t you get out of the way and let me sit there?
Pierre: You can sit here when I’m done with it. I’ll come wake you up.
Newton: I’m awake now. I think you should move, Pierre.
Newton: I’ll give you until the count of three. One… two….
Newton: Gotcha!
Pierre: HEY! What happened to three?
Newton: I’ll show you some three!
Pierre: No fair hiding behind the cat tree!
Newton: You mean you want me to come around HERE?
Pierre: Uh-oh…
Newton: Tag! You’re it!
Pierre: Yeah, I’m outta here.
Newton: Hey, where’d you go? This was just getting fun!
