Disputed Territory

Newton: That’s a nice spot under the cat tree, Pierre. Why don’t you get out of the way and let me sit there?

Pierre: You can sit here when I’m done with it. I’ll come wake you up.

Newton, I’m not sure whether you wanted that spot – or you just wanted to whap Pierre around a bit!

Why do I get the feeling Pierre’s, “You can sit here when I’m done with it. I’ll come wake you up,” has worked before? I think Newton’s onto you, Pierre. Though it’s also true that Newton didn’t REALLY want that spot … he just wanted YOUR spot.

I think Pierre was a tad hungry that’s why he’s outta there.

Whoa! Newton is a real bully. I’m not sure I like him anymore. I think I like you better, Pierre.

That looked like a fight was going to take place but fortunately your Mom kept an eye out for them in case they started whapping again!
