Last time, Newton was having difficult with his barn raising and asked Pierre for help.
Pierre: This is looking much better.
Pierre: Just a few finishing touches to decorate the place…
Pierre: Now THIS is how you do a barn raising.
Pierre: Did you hear something?
Newton: Hey, wasn’t that supposed to be my barn?
Pierre: Builders keepers.
Newton: Pierre said it was time for a barn raisin.
Newton: I kind of expected the barn raisin to be all round and wrinkly, not flat like this. The raisins on the kitchen counter are wrinkly… not that anyone can prove I was on the kitchen counter.
Pierre: What did you do, Newt?
Newton: I tried to work on your barn raisin, but I’m not sure this looks right.
Pierre: It’s a barn raising, not a barn raisin.
Pierre: Not that you can tell from whatever this is you did.
Newton: The diagram showed putting the tab into the slot. I did that. Kind of.
Pierre: * sigh * I don’t think you put the right thing into the right other thing.
Newton: Do you want to look at this and help?

Newton: We know there hasn’t been veru much about us around here the past couple weeks, but we’re back! Did you miss us?
Newton: I don’t approve of this traveling away from us thing. It’s nearly abandonment. So you had better have brought us back some gifts. Hmm… I like this new tote bag. Ashton will never find me in here.
Our friends Lola & Lexie at Lola the Rescued Cat sent us a gift when the head peep saw their human in New York City.
Pierre: Ooh, these look like lots of fun!
Pierre: Come to me, little mousie! We’re going to have so many adventures together.
Newton: You mean I’m going to have adventures with the mouse, right?
Pierre: Hey, that’s MY mouse!
Newton: Not any more. This mouse is mine.
Newton: * CHOMP *
Newton: * GRAB *
Newton: * SNERK *
Newton: What, you were WATCHING all of that? Just pretend you couldn’t hear the noises I was making, all right?
