Giving Thanks

Today is the day that those of us in this part of the world pause to give thanks for all of the things we have.

Newton: I’m thankful for my Ess.

Pierre: I’m thankful for peeps who give us scritches and cuddles.

Ashton: I’m thankful for dinner.

Pierre: I don’t think that’s what you’re supposed to say, Ashton. You should say that you’re thankful to have a warm, safe home with peeps who love you, and that you’re thankful for having brothers like Newton and me. Especially that.

Ashton: You are so bossy. Well, I really am thankful for dinner. And breakfast. And snacks, too.

Pierre: *sighs*

We are also very thankful for all of you, our friends all around the world. Thank you for sharing a few minutes of your day with us. We are truly thankful to know all of you.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us!

LOL @ Ashton. We’re thankful for those things too. 🙂

We hope you have a wonderful day. Too bad we Canadian kitties can’t celebrate Thanksgiving twice. The human says she could use another holiday before Christmas. LOL.

Ashton, it is perfectly all right to be thankful for all your food. There are lots of kitties that don’t get any food at all. So enjoy. We are very thankful to have you as our friends. Take care.
