Cousins Shep and Earl are ready to party. Not only did they get a delivery of cat food, but the man in brown shorts thoughtfully sent a box, too.
Cousin Shep wins custody of the box. He’s such a big mancat that there’s not really room to share. Sorry, Cousin Earl!
It looks like Cousin Earl managed to find one better… he scored a great seat in the cat cocoon.
Everybody wins when they are inside something cozy!
Pierre: There was some operator error with our tunnel.
Pierre: Newton, are you stuck in the tunnel?
Newton: I’m not stuck. I’m resting.
Pierre: You look pretty stuck to me. Here, I can help you get out.
Newton: I wasn’t stuck! Pushy older brothers, always thinking they know what’s right for you. I liked it in there!
Pierre: Well. He didn’t have to take that so personally.
Newton: Check it out, Pierre! I’m raising my periscope.
Pierre: I don’t think that’s a periscope. It’s a tunnel.
Newton: But you can see things out of a periscope, right?
Pierre: I guess so.
Newton: I see you. So it’s a periscope.
Pierre. *sigh*
Newton: The head peep is going to the beach today to meet a bunch of the other cat bloggers. We’re sure they are going to have lots of fun. But if they happen to see a strange periscope… don’t pay it any attention at all.
Today’s flashback is from just after Thanksgiving 2009. Newton appears to be sleeping off a holiday dinner. Little does he know that someone has sneaked up to take a photo that captures his little toe pads.
