Winter Hideaway

Since it was assembled a week ago, we have been ignoring this cute gingerbread house that Mom Paula from Sweet Purrfections brought for us when she saw the head peep in November. Over the weekend, it had to be moved out of the sunroom so we could take some photos without it in the middle of the floor. It ended up against the little wall behind the living room chair that no one ever pays attention to.

A perfect kitty hideaway! We obviously should have asked to move it here earlier. Thank you, Mom Paula, Truffle, and Brulee. We’re going have dreams of sugarplums (that’s a kind of chicken, right?) for the rest of the holiday season right here.

What a great house…and hideaway. Let’s hope the others don’t decide to move in, Pierre.

Oh, our mom just loves those hideaways! She says maybe next year we’ll get one. Though, if we know our mom, she’ll want to get eight of them and build a village! Nope, nothing wrong with that, right?
