Pierre: I was minding my own business, lounging on the sunny top of the cat tree when then I heard a noise on the cat TV.
Pierre: What ARE those?
Those are wood storks, Pierre. We should be glad to see them, because they’re a threatened species, and they’re taking refuge here with us.
Pierre: *chatter* I’d like to give them refuge in my tummy.
The wood storks were safe on their side of the glass from Pierre’s fearsome chattering. Although there is a small breeding population of these birds in Florida, this is the first time they have visited us, and we were excited to have them as visitors on the bird TV!

I would probably be difficult to take down one of those, Pierre, so it’s just as well you couldn’t get to them.
Wow they were big birdies Pierre but there’s not much meat on their legs!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Those are some big birdies! Good thing for them that there was a window between them and you, Pierre.
Iffen we all run at the the same time, ya think we might catch one?
Wow, we’ve never seen a program quite like that! Very cool!
BTW, how warm and green it is there. ::Sigh::
They are beauties!
WHOA, look at those! I’ve never ever seen birds like that. Apparently, we don’t get that channel on Bird TV. Must be a premium channel or somethin’, huh?
Purrs,
Nissy
That looks like a great channel, we would never get that one in New England 🙂
My those are big! I might be a little bit afraid of them but they would be fun to watch on bird TV!
hey Pierre – we think those birds might be a LITTLE bigger than you think….
Have you guys figured out a way to Tivo bird TV yet? – Crepes.
That sure looks like a fun channel!!!
Wow! Those are pretty birds, pretty big! We’d love to add those to our own bird TV!
Holy cow! That’s your view? Million dollar you have from your cat tree.
you must have paid a premium price for that channel
We’ve never seen those before and to think they were right under your nose is thrilling!
You get some awesome channels down there on BirdTV.. all we seem to get up here are the common stations. TurkeyTV showed up a few times but not in years.. we once had BlueHeronTV, but that was totally unexciting
Wow, how lucky is that??? Right now Ivan and Elliott are watching our winter pals, crows.
WOW Pierre, I would not try to fight for their drumsticks, ya know what I mean?
and we will stop bye with a
NOE COMMINT
and wave ~~~~~~~~~
🙂
Those are very big birds ! You’ve got a fantastic Bird TV Channel ! Purrs
Those are very big birds. They have very big beaks so it is probably best to just watch them on Bird TV.
You guys get the best Bird-tv. TW says there were hunnerts of seagulls flying over ShopRite’s parking lot last weekend. HUNNERTS!
Wow, that is really special to witness, that’s a surprise in the Bird TV department for sure!
Pierre you have a virtual KFC in your backyard!
OMWS….I have never ever seen a wood stork in fact mom was very excited to see them. She kinda likes birds the best after dad, sis, bil, Madi then all birds.
Hugs madi your bfff
Holy moley, those are big birds! I’m not sure I’d want to see one of those too up close.
shows how stupid I am. I thought they were Pelicans 🙂
That looks like a premium channel. We don’t have any of those. Phooey! Thanks for catching some photos so we could see these really cool birdies. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
