Speedbump

Newton: I have always loved my ess scratcher. It’s the best seat in the house!

Newton: I’m kind of rough on them, though. I went through several of them over the past few years.

Newton: The humans said they don’t make esses like they used to. One day, this speedbump showed up in place of my beloved ess.

Pierre: Whose best seat in the house is it now?

My human has our Ess in a place we don’t go very often – so it is still almost as pristine as the day it came here (which was long before I was born!).

Astrid is our ess girl. It’s one of her favorite places to nap. We’ve never seen those speed bumps previously. We think we wouldn’t like it as much as our ess as you cannot get under it. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

We have lots of scratchers but we’ve never had an ess — or a speed bump, for that matter!

As long as I can scratch it to my satisfaction I am one happy kitty. Have fun destroying the new speed bump!

Ewwww! I love my little Ess. In fact TW bought a couple since they were BOGO. Of course now that I know that, it’s history. Guess I’m not a speed bump kinda cat.

We have an ess and we hardly ever use it. It still looks brand new after 4 years. There must be something wrong with us.

WHAT?!?! How have I been missing out on this ESS business?!?! My Momma never gets me the good stuff! I’m SCREWED! ~Bear Cat
ps – okay, okay. She DID give me a home when I was starving and homeless, so there’s that. But for real?!?! I need some more toys!

I’ve made a scratcher for my cat from cardboard and he really loves it. It’s not as stylish as your, but it gets the job done 🙂

No ess here. We have a cardboard lounger thing that Lucy really adores, but no ess. Maybe I should get one!
