A couple years ago, we had two actual snakes invade our house. Ever since then, Pierre has been training for the next snake invasion.
Today, we have a sneak peek into his training regimen.
Pierre: First, you have to bring the training snake out for the training exercise.
Hmm, this smells like it was stored next to the catnip. Clearly a diversionary tactic to prevent me from doing my anti-snake infiltration training.
Okay, back to the training exercise. The next step is to grab the snake and show it who’s the boss.
Give that snake a good bite to break its neck.
Do you give up, snake? Do you?
Snake? Are you still alive? I hope so. Newton hasn’t had a turn with you yet.

We supposedly have one of those snakes here – and Sparkle used to kill it ALL the time! But I have yet to see it… apparently my human does not remember where she put it. 🙁
So cute! We currently have an octopus invasion at our house that Soth is working on handling–I’m hoping that training can be applied to snakes, too! 😉
Thankfully there are NO snakes around our house…and I’m very thankful of that. When you do catch a real snake, Pierre, do you think Ashton will try to eat it?

I had a snake invade once too. It was awful but I did kill it. We have pygmy rattlers in my area and I believe that is what was in the house.
I had a classroom snake that slipped out of its cage one summer. About a year later it came out of hiding and was found by my family of four cats. Poor Scooter did not survive the meeting.
I am not prepared. We’ve never had a snake but you never know when you may get one. I will follow these steps in detail!
I hope I never have to be prepared for a snake invasion! I’m pretty sure I would move out.

You have some real skills, Pierre! Manna is wishing that she had a training snake to play with. Just don’t tell her that we won’t be having many real snakes up here on the second floor. MOL 🙂

Oh wow! We have had two snakes right next to our house this month. I let the dog take care them. It was fun watching her.

I certainly am after your training course. We had a worm up here once but no snakes so far.
