A towel got left on top of Ashton’s crate. Newton used it to get a new vantage point to watch her from.
Ash is getting more playful by the day, even if she is being watched. She is playing with her Wubba.
Camp Pierre
With a new family member in the house, Pierre is a bit put off.
He was already the middle child, now with a kitten in the house, he feels even more left out.
He has always liked “camping”. This sheet is on the couch so Ashton doesn’t get it yucky, but that just makes it better to hide under. It doesn’t matter that it is 95 degrees.
Girls rule this place
Ashton is feeling better so toys are becoming part of her activities. Fingers and toes will do in a pinch, she isn’t that picky.
She watched all of the others scratch so she was pretty pumped up when she got her turn on the scratching post.
Talia has felt the need to show her dominance by making extra trips to the scratching post (typically not a place she frequents) and showing everyone her favorite toys.
We has ball
This is Ashton’s first time playing with a ball. With her depth perception problems, some toys aren’t as popular as others. Note the orange feet in the upper right or the picture.
As thrilled as we were that she was playing with the ball, Newton was keeping a close eye on the proceedings. When Ashton is up and about, Newt is usually close by.
