Pierre was sitting on the couch with his peeps and all of a sudden his head craned toward the the back. This is what he was looking at.
He has seen a lot of birdies, but never one like this!
Sack Saturday
This is the first time Cousin Earl has ever gotten on the inside of a paper bag!
He has had many bags and many opportunities, but he just never quite put one plus one together until now.
He seems to be enjoying it in there, so we doubt it will be his last bag visit. Hooray for Earl!
Friday’s Look Back
When Newton was looking for his close-up on Wednesday, we had several comments asking about his “wife”. That was a reference to a YouTube video we linked to back on August 06. If you didn’t watch it then, you can check it out now. Newton’s undying love doesn’t seem to be wavering in the least, so we suspect it will come up again. Besides, it is a very good few minutes… with a great message!

A Quick Nap
We are just past the halfway part of this week, and we sure could use a rest day! Good thing Cousin Nellie found this new bed (it was actually purchased with Cousin Earl in mind, but so long as one of them uses it). We will have to nap vicariously through her, at least until the weekend comes along. Nap on Nellie!
