Cats Herd You

Previously, we began opening our wonderful box from Savannah and found a really great bag of nip toys, but had yet to open them. Let’s rejoin the kitties and see what else that have gotten in to…

The next item out of the box is what we call Nip Sticks. The pink one is out in front of a slightly stoned Newton.

And now for what everyone has been waiting for:

Ashton’s turn! She has been keeping her eye on the entire event, but she was tossed a stick (and has never show an interest in nip before) and she was happy as a clam!

She got some good whacks in!

She showed it who the boss was!

She even gave it a stalking lesson! We were very proud of her.

Tomorrow we are going to open the bag of toys! Thanks again to Savannah for all of the cool stuff! We hope to see everyone back here then!

We left with Pierre pointing out something that seemed quite important. Let’s rejoin our daring felines…

He certainly has honed in on that one spot. It may be time for one of the peeps to intervene.

He found the tag! Sorry it got a little slobbery, but it is from Savannah! We are enjoying this so much we can’t wait to continue the fun! Let’s see what is next!

No box opening is complete without some good old-fashioned tissue paper eating!!!

Pierre seems to be an expert on the tissue. Perhaps he could hold a seminar via Skype for all of his kitty friends?

Newton is coming in for some ABC tissue! It is a little gross, but they are brothers!

Time for peeps to take a quick hand or they will play in the tissue paper all day…

The first item out of the box (they are so excited) is a bag of toys and an extra batch of nip to recharge them!!!!

This may be the closest these two get without whacking each other! That itself is a Christmas Miracle!

They can’t wait to open them up and play with the toys!

Pierre doesn’t look like he is going to wait (and he isn’t normally the naughty one)!

We want to thank Savannah for the great Santa Paws box and invite everyone back to see what happens tomorrow. There is plenty more action from inside our exciting box! And for those looking for Ashton, she will get in on the fun (she is just being cautious about all of the new things).

Inspector N is first on the case!

Pierre comes in for a closer look. Perhaps the Inspector needs some assistance on this job.

We couldn’t tell who it was from on the outside of the box so it was time for the boys to investigate a little deeper.

They are still hunting, but something sure smells good!

Pierre says move aside youngster, I know how to do this!

While Pierre plunders the box, you may have noticed Ashton, who, up until know has been watching from the other room, has just creeped into the top left of the frame.

Pierre seems to have located something of great interest!

Tomorrow we will see what Pierre found inside the box and discover what wonderful kitty sent it. This was too exciting to show all in one day.

Those may be kitties under the tree and not ornaments. Sometimes it is hard to tell until one rolls over or one steals an actual ornament!
