Cats Herd You

Newton wiped out from packing, shipping and then unwrapping and playing, and it isn’t even Christmas yet!

It’s a good thing he has an awesome place to crash so he can recuperate and do it all again.

Cousin Nellie has a different idea of what a hang out is! She seems to look comfortable, so I guess you can’t blame her.

For several days we have had the great fortune to share the opening of our awesome Santa Paws box from Savannah with you. And without any further waiting….

CHICKEN TREATS!!!

Of coarse the boys are the first to check them out.

Pierre being the oldest (and nothing loud and scary happens) he is the first in to try out the new treats.

Newton wants some of that action!

Ashton makes her first appearance! She LOVES her some chicken, but isn’t quite sure what is going on, so

She takes her treats and hides with them!

Newton “hoovers” for any extra bits while Ashton finishes her first round.

Ashton returns for seconds…

Then thirds!

She and Newton eye each other and they get last call!

All of us here at Cats Herd You would like to extend a huge thank you to Savannah! The kitties had a fabulous time with the gift opening and have hours of entertainment still to come with the rest of those toys! Thanks to all of you for visiting us day after day to see what these guys are up to!

The Secret Paws box we got from Savannah has been AMAZING! All three of the kitties have had a great time, and we have yet to see everything! Let’s see what else they found in there…

You may remember the cool bag of toys that the boys found but didn’t open…this is when we gave them one of the toys from the bag.

This one is like a nip banana!

Pierre got first dibs on the ‘nana.

But Newton didn’t get left out.

Evidently a little slobber never hurt anything.

Then there was, perhaps, a disagreement about whose turn it was.

Tisk, tisk. Brothers should not quarrel over their toys. They have plenty to go around. (As you can see on the floor behind them.)

Now, if Ashton were just a little more bold, she could just waltz right in there and take that banana!

Once the tussle was complete, Newton gives his best wallaby impression.

He really starts getting deep into his play.

However, Pierre decided he wasn’t finished yet. Typical boyish behavior!

Newton tells him to wait his turn!

Wow! You wouldn’t think one banana could turn the sunroom into a melodrama! Another huge thanks to Savannah for our Santa Paws box. The kitties are having a blast!

Tomorrow we will check out the last item in the the package. It was certainly Ashton’s favorite part!
