We didn’t tell you… we got an X a few weeks ago.
Pierre: I don’t know about this. It’s displacing my trusty yellow submarine.
Newton: If you don’t want to be the boss of the X, get down from there. I want to take it over.

After this, we proceeded to ignore the X completely. So the X has gone to live with Cousin Earl and Cousin Shep, who have already shown an interest in cardboard loungers and scratchers. She gave our X away! Can you believe it?
It was fun for five minutes, X!
We used to have one of those and we loved scratching it and napping on it. Then we wore it out and mom pitched it. At least yours is being put to use by other kitties. Purrs and paw-pats, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Did you say cardboard? Oui would have been all over it! But there are so many things we’ve ignored too. The crinkle tunnel (except early in the am when the mom is asleep), the turbo track, kitty beds . . . How nice to give it to your cousins who are clearly cardboard connoisseurs!
How could she give away your favorite scratcher? I don’t like cardboard. I’m a diva and should get wood and sisal scratchers.
The “X” is an “ESS”, right? We LOVE our ESS! We are pretty sure we couldn’t live without it.
