There are almost always cardboard boxes available for cat entertainment in our house. There have been for years, since everyone loves a good box.
Recently, favorite toys started showing up in the cardboard boxes. The iridescent crinkle balls Aunt O brought over were left in the box in the sunroom.
Pierre: What’s this doing in my box?
Monkey showed up in the box in the living room.
Is that a pair of socks in the living room box?
Cupcake: I wouldn’t know anything about that.
Cupcake: Bunny? I don’t see Bunny in this box. You can’t blame me for putting him there.
Do you believe Cupcake?

We think the bunny saw how much fun the box is and jump in itself!
Chuck used to herd wooly socks, so I’m thinking the toys are moving on their own volition into said boxes. Without photographic or forensic proof, Cupcase is innocent!
Obviously, boxes are so much fun that the toys are jumping on their own into them too ! Purrs
I like the idea, that the toys like boxes too and they jumped in. Cupcake, we know you wouldn’t do that. You all have a super nice day.
looks like someone needs a toybox to stash all her stuff
Some kitty is making up her own games. 😉
Nothing like a great cardboard box to relax in or to hide your toys in. We have to believe that Cupcake was not part of the socks in the living room. It was just a misunderstanding. Hope you are having a great day. Thanks for the share.
That is SO adorable, Cupcake! She wants some friends with her when she’s in the box 🙂
