Some of you asked about the image of me in front of a flag that displayed on our Independence Day blog post. Today’s outtakes are from the day we took that photo.
We don’t have a big enough flag at our house, so Cupcake went to visit a cat-friendly home decor store that happens to be next door to her favorite pet store. We found a large flag-themed wall hanging with raised stars and stripes.
Cupcake wasn’t interested in sitting in front of the flag. Where are you going, Cup?
It took some time and some bribery, but she eventually sat in front of the flag.
Then she didn’t want to face the camera. There were much more interesting to see down the aisle in the floral section.
Finally, Cupcake decided to look in the direction of the camera… sort of.
Cupcake: It’s a lot of work being a model cat! Don’t I deserve another treat for this?
Cupcake, I get paid VERY well in treats for modeling! So you can always demand more pay.

Hahahahahahahaha. You and my kitties must’ve went to the same cat school, Cupcake! I have the same problems with them and they demand treats for everything! I guess they have me trained 🙂
