Cold Snap

The weather this past weekend was in the 40s here. While those of you who have been under a blanket of snow may be laughing that we find it remarkable, Pierre wasn’t laughing at all.

Pierre: Where did the warm days go? The sunbeams? I want the endless summer back.

Pierre under kozy kitty sackPierre: I’m staying right here, under my plush kitty cuddler, until this ice age ends.

Forties?! Ugh – perish the thought! We were in Palm Springs this weekend, where the high was 99! Of course it was FREEZING in the show hall, where I was, because of the air conditioning… my human was wishing she had a fur coat like mine.

Giant Lady, has a heated blanket on the Bed and a heating pad on the big chair, she turns it on for us, whens it is cool out.

Maybe your giant person can get a heating blanket for the bed, so you could be warms?

I feel for you, I do.. but when it is 40 here I’m breaking out the shorts..

okay not really, but I stopped wearing a coat.. 😉 it is so amusing that in the spring 40s is flipflop weather but in the fall it is sweater and mitten weather.. it is all in what you are used to.
