Pierre: The peeps cleaned out the front bedroom closet yesterday, where cats are strictly not allowed, and I helped!
Well, maybe I hid in the back of the closet in the dark, hoping somebody would notice.
They noticed. I had to leave. But I sneaked back in.
It looks like someone else with a fluffy tail sneaked in, too!
I checked to see if the coast was clear…
… and I got kicked out of the closet again. How am I supposed to assist from outside? Don’t listen to the rumors that I used HBO words when I had to leave the closet. Cats can’t pronounce enough consonants to say HBO words.
Then I discovered that one of the things that had been removed from the closet was an old comforter. Suddenly, going back into the closet seemed like too much trouble.
That wore me out. I’m going to take it easy for Sunday right here.
We hate it when TBT cleans out a closet. We all have super secret napping spots in all the closets. So we have to find new ones and they are not all that good until he gets lazy an throughs old sheets in them.
We love to sneak in the closets and explore new spots, because we are usually not allowed to get in. But we always get quick kicked out ! Purrs
My two said if you want to do the cupboard supervisor thing try not to looks so guilty when you are caught- just pretend you were meant to be there the whole time.
We can’t believe your peep didn’t appreciate you helping her and made you leave the closet. Though sleeping on that comfy comforter was a good consolation. 🙂

I love dark closets with stuff in them that I can hide behind. The peeps don’t let me in closets anymore because I would spend the whole day in one. Pierre, I love your big eyes in that first shot. I’m glad you got a nice fluffy comforter. That’s the least they could do for kicking you out. That looks like a great way to spend your Easy Sunday.

Pierre we think you and Newton did a fine job exploring and making sure there were no aliens in that closet so the Head Peep could clean it! Our Mom would like to say thank you to your Head Peep and you all for the kind thoughtful words of empathy she has left for her over losing Abby. She hasn’t said it enough, but she wants you to know that they have made a difference and that they mean a lot for you to take the time to leave such kind thoughtful comments. They touch her heart and we have seen leaky eyes, shhhh don’t tell her we told you that, ‘K? But thank you they have meant a lot over these past few months.
Every kitty needs a good closet every so often!!!
We have a room like that, too…it’s called “The Garage” and we’d KILL to get in there and explore.
Funny that. Our dad tooked EVERYTHING out of our front closet, looking for something called “headsets”. We got chased out my mommy too. What’s the big dealio about closets anyway? *huff*

Pierre I was a ghost helper once and lo and behold I got closed up in there for 4 hours.
Mom was changing out her summer clothes for winter clothes. Thank my lucky meow my dad saved me and he is my hero forever.

We have an airing cupboard that has the hot water tank in it and I like to get in there and nap on the nice warm towels.
That’s why cats are called curious 😉
