Laugh. Learn. Love cats.
Newton: While the head peep was away learning about new pet products this week, we were keeping the house safe from the robot bug.
Newton: It’s a lot of work catching a roobot bug, so it was a team effort. Wait until you see what we had to do!

Newton: My therapist told me that when something bothers me, I should take out my aggression in a healthy way. This looks like a good way to do that.
Newton: I often find myself wanting to whack a cupcake.
Newton: Or to throw a cupcake into the air…
Newton: Or to —
Cupcake: Hi, Mr. Newton.
Newton: Uh-oh.
Cupcake got to make a stop at the big-box pet store this weekend. That meant Cupcake got to visit her favorite part of the store, the cat tree section.
While we were there, we met a woman who told us about trying to find cats training in agility in our area. Unfortunately, she found that it really isn’t a thing here. That sounds like it could be a lot of fun for Cupcake and her boundless energy.
Instead of agility, Cupcake got to practice a little with the blue feather toy while we talked.
No fair biting the toy if it isn’t yours, Cupcake. Now we can’t put it back on the shelf with your spit on it.
That’s probably exactly how Cupcake planned it.
Cupcake: It’s time for a nap. I’ll see you later, and —
Muffled Voice: Watch the paws kid!
Cupcake: How did he get in there first?
Pierre: I know when it’s nap time, and I know all the best napping places.
Cupcake: I didn’t want to go in there, anyhow, Mr. Pierre. And I can wait right here until you are ready to give me a turn.
