Who Put That Window There?

Cupcake: I have been on this counter so many times to play in the sink. But I just realized there is a window here.

Cupcake: I have to get through this so I can see out! There could be birds out there with no one to watch them.

Cupcake: When did they put this window here, anyhow?

We always keep the shades drawn on that window. It lets in the afternoon sun and makes the loaf of bread on top of the refrigerator get moldy too fast. Correction: we kept the shades drawn until Cupcake discovered the window.

Cupcake said it’s time to move the bread. I have some bird watching to do. By looking at the photos, that is Cupcake’s window now. Have a great one. Keep the blinds up for Cupcake

Hmm, if no one is in the window to see the birds, do the birds still exist? Reason enough to make sure someone is in that window AT ALL TIMES!

We got vertical blinds. They are easier to squeeze through. Just so you know, CC.

You may very well now have the best seat in the house, Cupcake! Where possible, blinds at our house stay up at least part of the way at all times. Otherwise, kitties will be hanging from them. Happy Friday!

Vertical blinds DO work well – my picture window has them. On the other hand with these they can be raised a few inches from the sill without letting in too much sun. (I always keep the bread in the fridge.)

Cupcake, you can chew the ends off the slats and make yourself an easy entrance/exit spot in the blinds so you don’t have to maneuver around them all the time. ~Bear Cat
