Things Kittens Wonder

Cupcake: Hey Mr. Newton?

Newton: Yeah, kid?

Cupcake: Why do you eat so much?

Newton: Oh, kid. You don’t SAY that to other cats.

Cupcake: But…

Newton: I eat more because I’m bigger. This glorious tail takes a lot of food to fill it up.

Cupcake: Oh. If I eat like that, will I have a glorious tail, too?

Newton: No, this is my mancat tail. Girls have dainty tails.

Cupcake: But Ashton is a girl, right? Her tail isn’t dainty.

Newton: Don’t let her hear you say that, kid.

Cupcake, not all girls have dainty tails! Plenty of girls have luscious, floofy tails. 🙂

Oh I loved this. My tail isn’t dainty either I’m afraid. The thing is like a sailboat in the full sun…sailing along.

Mr. Newton has a point…Mudpie’s tail is quite dainty. So were Angel Truffles and Tara’s tails!

Newton’s extra fluffy! And handsome. Don’t forget the handsome bit! Cupcake, you remind me of a scene in Despicable Me 2 where a kid asks the (former) bad guy dressed up as a princess for his adopted daughter’s birthday why he/she’s so fat – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kYzHmPDZwo. Newton, you look about as amused by your new sister as Bear is by his 🙂

Kids always have lots of questions, and sometimes older brothers and sisters are not truthful when they answer. You need to remember that, Cupcake. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

Lexy has a dainty tail and she eats a boat load! But don’t tell her I said that. We love this post… it reminds us of when I first moved in and Lexy was showing me the ropes.
