Speaking of Trees

20120801-210601.jpg

Cousin Earl is enjoying the sun on his tree. Well, technically he and Nellie “share” their tree.

Earl might be younger and more spry, but Nellie runs the roost. She must have found a sun patch to bathe in. He enjoys the tree when she vacates it.

Cousin Earl looks like a young mancat! You can see he’s related to Newton (hee, hee), but does he cause as much – uh, we mean, is he as mischievous as Newton? We think purrhaps he is!

It is good that he knows and accepts that Nellie rules the roost. I mean, a ruler has to have followers right?

That’s right Nellie – only let Cousin Earl have the tree when you’ve finished with it.
