Fowl Play

20110902-080412.jpg

Talia is interested in the feather wand.

20110902-080720.jpg

She wants to know what about it makes the younger kitties go wild.

Whatever it is, she better figure it out before Ashton takes over!

Just cubin’

20110901-102536.jpg

Originally, this was going to be a quick, single shot of Newton popping his head out of the side of the toppled over cube.

20110901-102823.jpg

Then he was joined by his brother. If Newton is on one side of something and Pierre is on the other, that typically will end in some sort of sibling squabble.

20110901-103140.jpg

And lo and behold, there they go!

20110901-103309.jpg

Newton’s paw is clearly visible in this shot, so please don’t think that Pierre is the sole instigator.

The boys have always liked to rough house.

Daydreaming

20110831-092137.jpg

We show so many fun things here, but our favorite thing to do (next to eating, and we DO NOT take pictures of that) is sleeping!

Newton grabs the coveted butt crease, noted for its comfort and view of the entire living room.

20110831-092615.jpg

Talia, looking elegant as always, got the sunroom crease. The couch is more broken in and the room a bit warmer, both of which are perfect for her.

20110831-093612.jpg

The sunroom couch is quite popular. Ashton is on the other crushed in cushion. She looks cute without even trying!

20110831-094058.jpg

Pierre has a great sleeping spot. This chair is at cat TV level so he can gaze lazily out and see what is going on. That particular channel gets loads of ducks, turkeys, egrets, even the occasional alligator.

Don’t bother me while I’m fishing

20110830-090638.jpg

Pierre is always attentive when he is having iPad time. He marched right over to the blank screen and pawed at at it to ask for his fish to be brought forth.

20110830-090919.jpg

Soon he will be able to get into the program himself. Then nothing on the network will be secured.

20110830-091155.jpg

He even goes after the fish with his teeth. He is very talented.

20110830-091330.jpg

He just doesn’t like to get his feet digitally wet!
