Newton thinks if he sits at a place setting, he bound to have noms plopped down in front of him. He also thinks that his silly humans will forget that he just had cat food less than an hour ago. In his mind his plan is all falling perfectly into place. His mind must be a great place to be!
Pierre is all hunched down, waiting for Newton to make the first move. He knows that Newt probably has smack-down on his mind and he just wants to play with his toys.
Pierre totally lucks out! It looks like Newt blew right past him. Unfortunately for Pierre, that probably just means postponement, but for now, a quiet corner alone.
Pierre is hanging around the tree, having a good scratch.
He is really digging in! That must feel great on his paws and the rough edges let him get a nice chin scritch.
It looks like he is checking out the floor to see if any of his siblings are around to ruin this blissful moment.
Oops! He didn’t count on the flashy box invading his scratching time. Totally busted! From the look on his face you would think he was in dealing black market cat nip!
Ashton has her own special way to play with a paper bag. She usually makes her own entrance, rarely uses the opening that comes with it, and always ends up flattening most of it. This time she made a great place to watch the world go by.
And though normally skittish, she allowed the flashy box to get fairly close in to get a great shot of her being downright adorable.
