Not so Wordless Wednesday: Answer Your Cat’s Questions Edition

Newton: I’m interrupting this Wordless Wednesday because I heard that it was Answer Your Cat’s Questions Day, and I have a very important question.

This might be a hard question, but as a member of this family, I think I deserve to know. Please try to be honest with me. It’s important.

HAh!!!! I don’t even want to ask that one of my FODs because I know that I was adopted, and worse, out of wedlock! It’s ok to be adopted, Newton. Some of the best of us are. – Crepes.

Yes, Sweetie, as others have said it is very special to have someone look at you and so want to give you a home forever! I can see how they could fall in love with you in a second!

The answer of The Island Cats is our favorite. Nothing is better than to be chosen for being adopted in a loving forever home. Purrs

Adopted is the best – really the best. I was adopted later than kittens (I’m 9) but after living rough, being abandoned and now having a forever home – I KNOW ADOPTED is a GOOD THING!

LOL There’s nothing wrong with being adopted, Newton. In a way, we are all adopted. We adopt people into our “families” all the time and we call them “friends”. In my case, my adopted family members have been there for me far more than my blood family. Be adopted and be proud!

Nothing is better than being adopted cause it means you were picked over everyone else. Also, do you really want to be walking on two feet and clumsy? Blind in the dark? Furless? Should we go on?

Yes, you’re adopted, or chosen. In my case, I chose my mom. I tried to crawl into her purse at the SPCA adoption center. She said “ok, I guess you’ve chosen me”. She still thanks me for choosing her. I guess we chose each other.
