New Neighbor

The head peep tells us that we have a new neighbor living in the mailbox.

2013-08-05 16.43.00

A little, green tree frog. The head peep may or may not have said some HBO words when the tree frog jumped on her hand when she reached in for the mail. There weren’t any witnesses to confirm this either way.

Newton was not amused when he heard that the frog stayed outside in the mailbox instead of coming inside for a playdate.

Hahaha. Mommy can imagine the HBO words from your Mom when that little frog jumped on her hand. We don’t think she’ll be laughing if a cockroach landed on HER hand.

Y’know, every night we hear the tree frogs. But we’ve never seen one. Now we have!

We had a little brown fellow, but he didn’t come in either!

Our Person probably would have screamed too. But it is a cute little frog. Newton, we think the frog would rather have a play date with another frog.
Hope all of you have a great day.

We had a giant bullfrog get into the house once! It was fun until Mom locked us up and got him out. Moms spoil all the fun stuff.

Take it from us – little froggy friends are only fun until the first nibble. They really don’t taste good at all and then, they don’t play much more after that. Purrs….

Look at that tiny thing! Maybe he’s too little for a play date.

I wouldn’t be pleased either being stood up by a tree frog.

We think that is one cute neighbor. Maybe you’ll have a welcome to the neighborhood party and we can play with your neighbor too.

That is the itty-bitiest frog we have ever seen. Hope your peeps are supplying it with some froggy foods. We’d be miffed as well if it had to stay in the mailbox. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Misty May, Mauricio, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Newton, I don’t blame you for being disappointed! That little guy looks awfully cute and we personally would like to whap him a few times, I mean have a playdate with him!
