Most kitties usually like soft, warm things to lay on. Cousin Earl has found this yellow blanket to be his favorite resting place. In fact, when it gets cold and a comforter goes on top of this blanket, he will only sleep on the bed if he is let under the comforter to go “camping” so he can still lay on the blanket.
Evidently, he has decided he likes “camping” on more than just those below average nights.

Cousin Earl is such a little cutie in that last picture! We love the “camping”! Oui Oui loves to sleep under the covers. The mom purposefully taught her how when she was a tiny thing, so she would keep her warm on cold nights. She calls it “moling” (after moles underground).
Sleeping on the blankie and under the comforter is really great on a cold day / night!

We’ve never been in the bed with Mum but we do snuggle up to her and cuddle on our blankies.
