Mancat Monday: Spare Parts

Friends have said that Newton looks like he was reassembled from spare cat parts when he sleeps like this.

That leg can’t be comfortable!

Newton: The only thing that’s uncomfortable is the way you are staring at the mancat while he is trying to sleep. Do you mind?

That DOESN’T look comfortable at all…says Mommy. She had to look closely at the first picture though it was hard to see clearly when she was laughing away.

Oh Sweetie, you definitely look like you’ve got some bits on backwards, but still very hunky and I’d be annoying you more with cuddles.

Why do humans always question the way us cats sleep? If we weren’t comfy, we wouldn’t sleep that way!

If our human tried to do that, she’d break her arm. LOL. No, it doesn’t look comfortable to her…but then, she’s not a flexible mancat, either!

They do sleep in the weirdest ways, don’t they?

Thank you for your remarks regarding Bear-Bear’s passing. I liked your comment about his tenth life being my memories of him. In that case, he will live with me until I die.

Mom says she thinks all Mancats, especially orinch Mancats, find ‘interesting’ ways like that to sleep. Just as long as the naps are long and peaceful, whatever floats yer boat! Purrs….
