In all of the excitement this weekend, we forgot to mention something… it was Cousin Shep’s birthday! He was an owner surrender at the SPCA of Central Florida, and the paperwork that his former owners filled out said that his birthday was, well, on Saturday.
He doesn’t seem to realize that we missed it. Maybe he was too busy watching birds.
We hope so, because we didn’t mean to be late in saying happy birthday, Cousin Shep! We’re glad that you came into our extended family this year!
On second thought, maybe he does know we’re late. Do you think we can pool the change from under the sofa cushions and get him some treats as a belated birthday gift?
Get him some Albacore Tuna in a pouch- not the canned kind. It is the best, for the best that is we kitties! Happy belated birthday Cousin Shep, I’m happy mew are in a forever family now who values mew worth and won’t leave mew behind like mewz last humans did. I am lucky that I found my forever home ten years ago too, some humans just don’t deserve us- but those who do should buy us Albacore. MOL!
