Guarding the Drain

Cupcake: Not fair! There’s now a thing in the drain so I can’t chase the water all the way down!

Cupcake: When the water goes down, it makes gurgly sounds.

Cupcake: I try to grab it to make it stop, but I can’t. My paw gets stopped by this thing.

Cupcake: I know you’re down there, drain monster, and I’m going to bite you. Next time.

Maybe your human is trying to keep the drain monster from coming inside when you aren’t watching, Cupcake.

That is a problem, Cupcake, that you can’t stop the water going down the drain. But I bet it is fun to try. You all have a great day.

Hmmm……Maybe they are protecting you from the drain monster. After all, anybody who makes gurgly sounds could be skeery.

Cupcake, Manny and Chili Bruce chase that same drain monster, over here at Eastside Cats. We are hoping that one more visit from the plumber might put an end to the noise that monster makes!

Wow, Cupcake…you are so grown up, but you are still playing like a kitten. Sawyer is fascinated by water as well. Looks like the humans have spoiled some of your fun. PFFT! Cupcake, have you thought that the Thing might have been put there to stop the Drain Monster coming up to get you ?

The Thing In The Drain is bigger than you are! The metal thing in there is to keep it away. So snarl at at it, but dont pull that plug out… Thats what TBT tells US, anyway…
