Beau: O, hai! I’m the new kid in the house.
The other cats here are all pretty nice. Sure, they laughed at me when I got stuck in the closet and didn’t know how to open the door the way they do. But you should see the toys! They’re everywhere! There are even foam balls I can carry and meow at the same time. Those are my favorite.
And the cat tree is great. Being on the top of the cat tree is the best place in the whole house, and I can look down at the other cats and tell them that I am King of the Cat Tree.
Newton: Do you think it’s too late to return him and get the deposit back?
Pierre: I asked that when you showed up. It doesn’t work that way.
Newton: I guess we’d better keep sharing the cat tree, then.
Beau: See? These guys are all right!

Oh, Beau! You are so handsome, so sleek, thin and trim. Welcome! You picked a great new home. Carl loves those little fluffy balls too and has a stash of them. He’ll start bonking around under the bed and we smile cause we know what he is doing. Maybe its a black cat thing.
